Maddox King - A “Monarch” at Heart

Emerald Academy has been amazing for our son Maddox and for our entire family. When Maddox first came to Emerald Academy, he really struggled with school, specifically reading and math, but also with having the necessary motivation to try.

Over the past four years, he has blossomed into someone who loves learning, especially in math and science! More than academics, he has made friends to last a lifetime and found out what it means to be part of a team playing basketball.

Originally, we chose Emerald Academy because Maddox needed a change. We stay because there is no better place for him and no better community we could have partnered with.

We can't wait for Malik, his younger brother, to start as a kindergartener in a few years! Go Monarchs!
